How do I get in touch with your support staff?

How can I pay for my order?
You can use PayPal to pay, which includes payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

When will my order arrive?
You can expect your package to arrive by USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 3 to 5 business days after payment is made.

Will anyone know what I bought?
Nope. All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging!

How do I return an item?
Get in touch with our support staff. We accept returns on unopened packages only. Please wait for an RMA number from our staff, as it must be included with your package. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Will you cover shipping if I return an item?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Contact our staff immediately. We make ask you to take a picture or film a video rather than send it back to us.
